Guidance for if your device is lost/stolen.
Overview
This guide will walk you through the steps should you unfortunately loose or have your device stolen. (This applies for personal devices enrolled for receiving Orgvue data - Email/Teams or Orgvue issued devices such as iPhones or Laptops.)
Steps to Follow
- Contact the Police to obtain a Crime Reference Number
- Notify IT Support by raising a ticket or emailing itsupport@orgvue.com with the crime reference number and details of the device that was lost/stolen we can then arrange for a replacement for collection in the office or to be shipped out to you.
