Printer Setup
A quick step-by-step guide to setting up printing on your Windows or macOS device.
Overview
This guide will walk you through the steps to setup the UK printers on your laptop and how to use the printer
Account Registration
Note: This is a one-time registration procedure when printing for the first time, subsequent print’s you will be able to authenticate with your access pass.
- You will receive an email with a QR code and access code from no-reply@papercut.com, Please take note of this access code you will need this to register your card at the printer. (Please Note this link will expire after 2 weeks, after this IT will need to re-generate a new invite)
- To use the printers, you will first need to scan your card on the printer. This can be done by hovering your card over the orgvue logo below the screen

- Once scanned the following screen will be presented. Please enter your 6 digit code to register your card.

- Once registered you will be taken to the Home Screen to interact with the printer functions

Once you have sent a job to the printer, to retrieve this scan your access pass on the device to login and select the ‘PaperCut’ icon to retrieve your print job.

Then you will need to select your print job, and click ‘Start’ to release the job.
Scan To Email
When you’re looking to scan a document to your email address you will need to scan your card on the printer.
- Select Scan
- Find your name under the Address Book
- From here you’ll need to select Start

It may be that your size cannot be detected. If so please select your paper size and hit start

Copy
When you’re looking to make a copy of a document Press the Home button Select Copy On the next screen confirm that are all settings are adjusted accordingly and hit ‘start’
- Select Copy
- On the next screen confirm that all setting are adjusted correctly and press ‘Start;

Additional Notes
- If the printer isn’t showing on your device you will need to contact ITSupport for us to manually re-install the software on your device.
- If the printer isn’t allowing you to login when swiping your card, you will need to restart the printer and then allow a few minuites and this will start working.
