Mobile Device Management Setup iOS Mobile Device Management Setup iOS A quick step-by-step guide to enrolling your iOS Device. Overview This guide will walk you through the steps to enroll your iOS Device. Device enrollment will allow you to access company resources and email on your device. Steps to Follow - Enrollment Locate the App Store Click the Magnifying Glass to search for ‘Company Portal’ and click Install Find the Company Portal App that was just installed and click ‘Sign In’ and authenticate with your Orgvue user account and password. You will then get an overview of the 4 Steps of enrollment. Click ‘Begin’ to start the enrollment and work your way through the initial steps. When prompted to ‘Download Management Profile’ you will need to choose ‘Allow’. Once the profile is downloaded it will give you a confirmation message click ‘Close. Open ‘Settings’ app on your device and you will see a notification at the top of settings ‘Profile Downloaded’ click this notification to install the profile where you will need to enter your passcode to approve this and click install once more and trust the profile. Once the profile is installed you will need to go back to the Company Portal app and click ‘Continue’ your device will then be checked to ensure it meets compliance (Please allow a few minutes for this process to complete) Steps to Follow – App Installation To install applications open ‘Company Portal’ and click the ‘Apps’ tab Clicking an app will give you more information on the app. You can then click ‘Install’ to add this to your device. This will then be added to your Homescreen as a new app Additional Notes On some iPhone’s you may experience a Security Delay - 1 Hour wait from downloading the profile to being able to install. This is an Apple feature to protect your device if it is lost or stolen, once the timer has passed you will then be able to proceed from ‘Step 6’ and install the profile. Need Help?
