VPN Setup
A quick step-by-step guide to setting up the VPN on your laptop.
Overview
This guide will walk you through the steps to setup the VPN on your Windows or macOS laptop. The VPN will allow you to emulate your network as if you were operating from the office this is required for connecting to some customers tenants for security purposes.
VPN is not automatically provisioned and you will need to request access by emailing ITSupport@orgvue.com or raising a ticket in the Self-Service Portal.
Steps to Follow - Windows
- Once you have submitted a ticket for access and IT have confirmed access has been granted
- On your laptop click the Start Menu and find Company Portal

Click Apps and find Concentra VPN Connection and click Install
- To connect to the VPN click the Wi-Fi icon then VPN > Toggle the VPN On and enter your Concentra account details

Steps to Follow - Mac
- Once you have submitted a ticket for access and IT have confirmed access has been granted
- The configuration will automatically be pushed to your Mac within 4/6 hours to speed this up you can open Company Portal and click Devices then the ellipses and ‘Check Status’

- To connect to your VPN open System Settings > VPN > Toggle the VPN on and enter your Concentra account details.

Additional Notes
- You will need to use your Concentra account for connecting to VPN.

If you need to reset your VPN password please go to: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ and login with your Concentra account and password you was provided you can then change this to something of your choice.
