MFA Setup
A quick step-by-step guide to resetting your Orgvue MFA
Overview
This guide will walk you through the steps to reset your Multifactor Authentication (MFA) if you have moved to a new mobile phone.
Steps to Follow

On your laptop open Microsoft Edge and go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com
- Select the ‘Security Info’ tab followed by ‘Add Sign-in method’

- Choose ‘Microsoft Authenticator’ (Note: If you are using another service for MFA on your phone such as Google Authenticator you will still need to choose Microsoft Authenticator

- Click through the wizard which will guide you on Downloading which Authenticator app to download, once this is on your Phone you can then click the + icon in top right and add ‘Work or School’ account then scan the QR Code. If you are not using authenticator, you can click + icon and scan the QR Code.

- If using Microsoft Authenticator you will then be sent a test notification where you will need to enter the matching number on your phone. If using a third party app you will need to enter the 6 digit number from your authenticator on your laptop.

- You will then get a confirmation showing you are all set and can close the tab and continue working as normal.

Additional Notes

If you are prompted for an authenticator request when going to https://mysignins.microsoft.com you will need to contact ITSupport using the details in the signature for us to force reset your MFA and re-gain access to your account.
