A quick step-by-step guide to resetting your Orgvue account password
Overview
This guide will walk you through the steps to securely reset your Orgvue password using the self-service portal. You can reset your password anytime, from anywhere, using your registered email or company login.
Steps to Reset Your Password

Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
- Enter your Orgvue email address and complete the Captcha verification.
- You will then be asked to complete a 2 step verification process. (SMS, Authenticator App)
- Once verification is successful you will be able to choose and confirm a new password.

Note: Please allow 5/10 mins after password reset to update services such as Mobile Phones etc…
Password Requirements
- At least 8 characters long
- Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contains at least one number
- Includes at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
- Avoid using previous passwords
